「This property is in need of a freshen up. Things are a little tired. Pool tiles and exterior. Lobby nicely appointed and front end staff super efficient. Room was clean but had to be sprayed for seasonal ants that did keep resurfacing. Walk out pool fe our room was great, but being near the garden bugs are to be expected. Roof top happy hour A full breakfast buffet of Thai and international options. Staff warm and accommodating. Lots of families and kids activities that were well run and...

「I stayed at this hotel for a few days and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is quite convenient, about a 30‑minute drive from Phuket International Airport. The environment is peaceful and relaxing, and the sea view from the room is wonderful — perfect for a quiet getaway. Breakfast was decent, though the variety was somewhat limited. When checking in, the hotel required a cash deposit and wouldn’t accept a credit card at first, which was inconvenient. After I explained I...

「We just checked out this morning and this review is the most updated and honest. We arrived at the airport last evening. The resort provided free shuttle service, which is reliable and prompt after they confirmed your need. The room itself was clean and spacious. The receptionist is also friendly. Overall, the resort is good from many perspectives. Convenient stores, restaurants, and massage shops are walkable from the hotel. The night would be too boring. For those who arrived late and needs...

「We have the beach front cottage which was very nice, located in the centre of all facilities easy to access. Pool is large. I booked half board however they don’t provide free drinks with food not even water which was disappointing」

「Location, activities, proximity to airport. Excellent Service」

「Nice place, quiet and close to town. Only problem is the traffic jam in the city, not hotels problem. Good view and great place for family trip.」

「Staff is friendly but the room not good and no water and light once.」
