"The staff were absolutely horrendous on arrival. I know arrival times are most hotels. Check-in is 2 PM but not only did these guys hold that they tried to charge you extra if you wanted to check in earlier even though the rooms are ready. There was about 50 or 60 other people in the lobby waiting until 2 PM and they were trying to charge everyone 50 or $100 to check in Even as late 30 minutes before. "This is a great place to stay on the weekday. My mom stayed here and she felt like she owns the place because it was not a lot of people. It can be busy during weekends. The staffs here are very nice and the service is the best! The place has private beach which make the view incredible. I wish I can visit there when i have a chance in the future. "
