Great cabin for hunting, family, get-away, retreat

Stayed on a hunting trip that flooded out tent camping. Has fireplace, full stove, kitchen, living room and bath. Separate cabins or family cabins. Friendly hosts and great location between Show Low and Pinetop. Close to amenities but private. Aged but slightly updated, yet still comfortable for cabin experience.

Ok for the price and location because the area around is pretty, it's small and charming and quiet, but updates and more comfortable beds are very needed. And a better job cleaning.

SWEET LITTLE PLACE, GREAT SERVICE!

This was a really neat experience. The manager and his wife Humberto were excellent and very accommodating. The little cabin was adorable and homey. The grounds had lots of trees and plants. Felt very comfortable and we will definitely be back to stay here again. Thank you Humberto for your awesome story and such a great little getaway. I thanked him for going out of his way and his response was....of course it's my job. GREAT ANSWER.

Cabin review

Clean, no pot or pans went to office and I was given one. Full kitchenette? Also need more than 1 roll of toilet paper. Other than that - good heater- kept us warm. Thanks!!

Bring your own supplies!

The cabin is quaint. The heater was not on but thankfully the nights did not get too cold. There was no supplies which you might find elsewhere. No dish soap, bowls, sponges for cleaning and no extra toilet paper. There was hot water which was very nice to have since no heater was available. It was a great roof over your head and comfortable place to sleep.

So close to charming

Very cute overall clean property. With smaller older establishments like these the little touches can be all that needs to happen to up the quality of the stay. I came to the area to buy property for my business. These cabins are cute, clean and spacious. The quality and quanity of linens and some of the broken and or worn fixturures took the charm down a few notches. 2 queen beds and 1 hideabed (could fit 6 ) 3 bath towels. No hand towels or wash cloths further the towels were so thin it was like tissue paper. I'd say this place "The Place" could kick it up a notch with a little extra effort on the small touches. Other than that I was treated wonderful and it was clean . Location and set up of property charming

My family and I were very disappointed with the condition of the place, super old and nasity furniture. We had to put our own bed sheets and covers to sleep on the bed. Never go there again.

Ehhhh

I know it’s a cabin, so I don’t expect perfection, but this place was kinda gross. I could see the bathroom faucet hadn’t been cleaned and there was mold on the shower curtain. The property provided stuff to clean the dishes but the dish rack itself was greasy dirty. Weird smell in the cabin too, probably just from the old carpet. Great location and the guy at the office was really nice.
