"We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Our room was cleaned every night even on days when we were running late to leave the room. We came before our check in time and were worried we would have to wait until 4 pm to check in. The wonderful lady that helped us at the front desk got us a room and it was a blessing as we did not plan accordingly after a red eye flight. We will continue to use Marriott when booking a hotel. "

"Always great to come back to the Lotte NY Palace for our annual Veterans Day weekend trip. We’ve stayed here for the last four years and will continue. The hotel is in a great location. The double beds seem larger than normal and are comfortable and the rooms are large. The service is always outstanding. A little disappointed that Troubles Trust was closed but was happy walking up to Rarities. See you next year!"
