The first room you couldn't get the door to unlock. Spent 5 hours waiting for new room. The floors were so filthy that my feet were black from walking on them. Pans were dirty. This used to be a wonderful resort, not anymore.

The staff ande the entire stay worth it. The hotel is old though. The entertainment staff take the cake. The director, Carlos is the funniest dude I’ve seen doing this though.
