「Room was ok. Was informed on check in that there was a massive puddle of water in front of the bathroom door and extended all the way to the front door. Can't understand why there was anything one about this. We were told there wasn't another room to be moved to, but we got stuck with it and there was no compensation. Had to walk around the room in shoes as the floor was soaking wet. 」

「With a late arrival, then staff ensured a check in. Thank you from my family who were passing through town for one night.」

「Rooms were clean but a/c struggled to keep up. WiFi was weak and only available near the reception building. Staff were friendly and helpful.」

「Undergoing refurbishments when I stayed, so it was a little difficult to ascertain the usual state of the room. Air con worked well. No phone in the unit, so to contact reception you either use your own mobile or walk across in person.」

「The 3 lady at reception were so friendly. I only got Riley name. She put me in a better room, with minimal road noise. The other two great, advised me where to eat, and organised a taxi today for airport. The grounds are kept well and rooms very clean. Plenty of choices very close for food. And Rockhampton Leagues club across the road. I will be back. Thanks for a great stay」
