"Great deal of room and breakfast for 2 people for $100 so close to Nagoya Airport. We arrived at 9:30pm and this saved us taking late trains into the city."

"It was pretty good except that a few guest with small child somehow decided open the suitcase in the hallway at midnight (4am!) while their child cries like crazy- it was chaotic. I wish the hotel reminds all the guest to stay in their room until checkout (and not start packing/unpacking in the common area or make extra noise during quiet time) "

"This Hotel/Onsen was very relaxing with nice facilities. The Mikimoto pearl shampoo and body wash that was provided in each room was amazing. The Onsen options was amazing as well the Breakfast and dinners was very high quality and delicious. The shuttle that runs you to the station every hour was very convenient and on time. We had a fantastic stay."

"Staff: very friendly. They are very responsive to my questions. I managed to ask for pick up service just several hours before my arrival. They are able to entertain my request. At the property, staff is very friendly. I feel at home. Location: the onsen hotel is near utsumi station. There is a free pick up service from the station. A wonderful sea view from the room. Can walk along the coast anytime. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. But we chose to dine in at the hotel. Cleanliness and size : clean and spacious. The hotel probably spends a lot of money on the maintenance. The hotel looks very grand but at the same time looks very ‘japanese’. I have been to many onsen hotels and I would say this one is the best at this reasonable price! Highly recommended if you go to Nagoya "
