"娘のスポーツの大会で宿泊しましたが、とても温かくご対応くださいました。とくに下の娘が体調を崩したのですが、病院を探したり、食事についてお願いしたりしたことも気持ちよく応えてくださいました。スキーの乾燥室には、１つ１つ鍵が準備されていて、安心して利用できました。またお世話になりたいです。"

"滑雪小屋,極近滑雪道,每天睡在滑雪場之中^^, 500yen 早餐, 1500yen晚餐, 食物質素可以,但天天同款...., 如果純在石打丸滑雪,這小屋價錢平,ski in out 方便出入。利用滑雪場巴士也可以出入越後湯澤。小屋入口在滑雪道,比較難找和難運行李！和別人留言的住宿體驗一樣,早上暖水是生鏽水！冷水沒問題, 暖氣不太暖,請自行帶露營睡袋,否則睡不了。床褥薄,很硬。地下室可放行李,早到晚走也沒問題,但沒人看管。如果是滑雪又想經濟實惠,我還是會推介這小屋的。另外每天早上壓雪車在你窗前整理滑雪道, 一定不會懶床, 哈哈。如果希望舒適的旅遊,或者可以租比較貴一點像樣一點的酒店。"

"We were spoilt with first class attention and assistance from Andrew, the host, and staff. It is why we like to choose an owner establishment rather than a 'marbled foyer'. A warm lounge and wine and conversation to come back to at the end of an unbelievable ski day. Love the underfloor heating! The shuttle is quick, easy and flexible. The location is great and a short walk to and from dining options. We can't wait to get back!"

"The young owners of this property are very sweet, kind and really try to be helpful. They seemed that had not quite got the hang of being proprietors, but they are very likable. Compared to other places we stayed cluttered with not quite the same and amenities. The owner was very helpful when we got stuck in snow bank during a snowstorm via messages.
