「整體環境、員工服務、交通位置都太棒了！尤其是一樓共用空間與飲料吧，讓旅客能非常享受的待在旅館中。可惜房間沒有非拋棄式的拖鞋，若沒有自備需要額外購買一次性拖鞋。」

「Great spot, came with a ticket to the Onsen down the street. Very accommodating and allowed me to leave bags there after I checked out and went to ski. Very nice place!! 」

「近車站和熱門景點。使用雙層床但是相對穩固，床位也夠大。服務人員英文優秀，廚房用品多。」

「-Warm friendly and attentive staff. -Incredibly fresh food sourced mostly local and regionally. -Attention to detail to incorporate modern design with traditional Japanese elements. -Private Japanese style indoor onsen -Incredibly cozy lounge with a bar and comfortable seating.」

「我們的房間在3樓，但洗手間和浴室在2樓。晚上整間旅館幾乎無人，走廊又沒開燈，所以去洗手間要很大的勇氣。兩人房裏沒有電視，設備也不多，不過以這個價錢來說也是預料之中。有個男服務員很熱心，可以加分。 順便一提，這旅館後門是個小型墓地。」

「Excellent place to stay. The gentleman at the hostel offers pick up and drop services from Yudanaka station, Snow monkey park and some onsens in Yamanouchi. Although he speaks only Japanese, he uses a translator and tries his best to communicate with you. We will be staying here again when we come back.」
