"Fantastic location right near lifts. Had heavy snow just befored we arrived so was fantastic. Joanie was super helpful from onli e check in till we were dropped off at the train station.gave very informative knowledge of what to do in the area and where various places were. "The hotel seemed to go through a recent renovation so the interior of the buildings are fairly new. We originally booked a standard room and it looked great but upon further inspection the room did not seem to have been cleaned except for the bathroom before our check-in. There was dust everywhere on the surfaces and floors, the floors were crunchy and we found dead bugs and a wrapper in the closet area, the sheets and towels were dusty and had a dark stain. The bed looked like someone actually...

"Building great, new, clean, very warm, good water pressure.
Location great if you only plan on skiing … otherwise.. a bit remote. Lift chair Sakka 3 is about a 6min walk up hill to the chair lift. It’s not ski in/ski out.
there’s a bus to gondola, but it doesn’t run very late. I think 5:30pm was the last bus. After that you need a taxi or your car. Taxi was very hard to get.
The sister hotel (gondola hotel)had a shuttle, but apparently we didn’t book the right package and they wouldn’t give...
