"We didn’t have a great experience. The aircon in our room sparked around 2 am, waking us terrified! The toiletries were almost empty. We had to move to another room and we appreciate that but we were not able to sleep because of what happened. This is our 2nd time here and might not come back anytime soon."

"Didn't actually end up staying for our booking. There was people outside the building all the time smoking both pot and cigarettes. When you get to your room you can hear everyone whether it was upstairs out in the hall or in the pool area. We had someone try to break into the room and had to call front desk because he wouldn't leave when we told him wrong room. We had our 6 year old with us who was terrified to sleep after so at 930pm we packed our things and left we were so uncomfortable. We...
