Leonardo Royal Hotel Oxford
Bad wine stain on carpet and some on the bathroom door. I reported it to the receptionist they didn’t know about it.

SACO Reading - Castle Crescent
Very attentive support from Ricky prior on the day of our booking. Parking on site. Great size apartment and clean. A few cracks in some of the walls and doorframes and some patches of wall with missing paint but overall this apartments exceeded our expectations.
