Spending more time traveling up and down escalators. Since there is no drop-off for the hotel itself we had to park our car for 1 hour just for dropping off the baggage. Room is smaller than expected and there is no room to open baggage.

Spacious room comparing to some other hotels had room for two big suitcases and still had room to walk. Easy to access the bus to travel around as it was right outside the corner of hotel.

Clean, nice hotel, nice staff, good breakfast. Staff can speak english n helpful. Walkable distance to Aeon n restaurant.

Incredible experience, ALL the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was impeccable, even the public bathhouse was very clean and has a very nice atmosphere. The in-room onsen bath although was semi outdoors, still could be heated , the facility was perfect.
