Staff were friendly and helpful and you cannot beat the location if you have an early flight from T5. I was only there for one night but would say that a major miss was that they did not have any plugs bedside. I don't want to have to get out of bed to access my devices.

Rooms were spotless, staff excellent., very comfortable beds and pillow selection. Breakfast box very good. Bathroom products lovely. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.
