「Convenient with great cathedral view (room 2) . Very steep staircase so unsuitable for anyone disabled. Right in the centre of the city but little traffic noise.」

「Great breakfast. Staff really helpful.」

「A fabulous, unique property….. highly recommend」

「Lisa was very thorough and explained everything. She also suggested me the good restaurant and places to visit. Enjoyed my stay」

「The location was good, within 10-15 walking distance to city centre. A big car park nearby (5/10min walk) . Room was clean and fair size for the price we paid. First time I have stayed in a place provided with hot chocolate drink and biscuits which were a warm touch to the guests. However, the shower we had was painfully slow and unstable to use. None the less , I would appreciate if I were informed in advance that our room was at the top floor (3rd/4th?) , having to take our suit cases to climb...

「very close to the Bristol airport, very convenient if you arrive late night no reception or staff there to server (but it is very OK, so price is cheaper than others), just arrive and you can get into your room, nice decor new room, suggest to install a shower curtain because the water makes the toilet all wet (beware of the goat, haha)」

「The hotel is good and the room is very big. And the staff is helpful. Breakfast is delicious. But just we stay in Aug and hotel no air-conditioning. Day time may hot but evening is suitable.」

！！Sofa bed unable to work normally.」

「Bedroom really needs updating and TLC. Carpet was marked and mattress saggy and uncomfortable. Bath panel needs repainting. Very weird door in bedroom that when opened had a duvet hanging between our door and the one immediately behind. Beautiful old building but difficult to shut windows and paint peeling. On a positive, the food in the restaurant was good and staff were all friendly. Lovely little village with some nice one off shops/cafes. I think the price is high for a basic pub...

「Excellent quite property with first rate modern amenities but with old historic feel from the hard work by the owners to bring back a luxurious comfortable English Manor House feel. I will be returning in the future and enjoy the place. All the details gave me the best night sleep that I can remember.」

「酒店位置地點方便、房間整潔！不錯的酒店！」

「Our Stay at The Mason's Arms was very pleasant room was lovely and clean, just one small detail bath floor matt would have been nice 👍 the Staff in the bar were very helpful and the food was excellent. Thank you」
