Big seafood buffet
Best dinner seafood buffet I’ve seen in China. I thought it was closer to the airport; we taxied during traffic so it took over 30 minutes. Anyway, nice hotel with some elegance.

Horrible airport shuttle service
The main reason for chosen this hotel was 24 hours airport shuttle. Obviously, they’re not. At the airport, there is clear sign for the shuttle, even you have asked for airport staff, they just told you that call the hotel directly. The shuttle available from 07:00-22:30 operating in every 1.5 hr. Every time you need to book a shuttle before an hour. This is non-sense that waiting a shuttle at the airport basement parking area for 20 minutes even though you’ve been booked. What a horrible experience!

Great property...stayed here several times over the past few years. Only thing I would recommend is that they add more English speaking staff. Front desk is ok, but it's still a problem placing Room Service orders or calling the Spa - no one speaks English there and it sometimes took me a half hour to place a room service order till they could get an English speaking person to take the call. Other that this, great and helpful staff, very nice property.

My favorite hotel in Bao'an
Very nice place to stay. This was my 4th stay in this hotel and I always go back there. It's definitely a Shenzhen gem.

The buffé is one of the best, or actually the best i have ever seen. Just the food is worth a detour. The hotel is 5-star. Very nice overall.

I love this hotel! I always stay at this hotel every time I visit SZ. The staff are amazing, nice and hospitable. The buffet option is always good and it's a very safe area.

FAVORITE HOTEL IN SZ
I have stayed at different hotels in SZ for business but I keep coming back to this one because its the best! Great service, room are clean, spacious and comfortable. Food at their restaurant are always fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this hotel. 10 out of 10!

BEST HOTEL IN SHENZHEN!
I love staying at this hotel. I stay here at least 2x every 3 months for business. It's very nice, clean and hospitable. The staff are all friendly and always willing to do their best to make my stay pleasurable. I feel very safe at this hotel. They have a great buffet restaurant full of good food with different choices and always fresh! I would highly recommend this hotel to people I know!

I LOVE this hotel! Clean, friendly and absolutely amazing. People are very nice and courteous, they really accommodate individual needs. They are very hospitable! I can't say anything but nice things! You must check out to see what I am talking about!

BEST HOTEL IN SHENZHEN!
I really love this hotel. The staff is exceptional and the service is outstanding. I have stayed at different hotels in Shenzhen for work but after I stayed at Dayhello last November, I just kept coming back. Been there 4 times in the last 6 months. The food at their buffet is also very good, there's a lot of options that you don't get tired of if you are staying there longer than a week. The staff will go out of their way to make sure that you are comfortable!

Very Nice Hotel
This was a very elegant hotel for the price. Everything was perfect. The only downside was that it was a distance from the airport.

I booked high floor and non smoking but turn out to be low floor and smoking floor and if we want non smoking have to pay more really don't make sense so we have no choice but to take the smoking floor

This is a real 5 star hotel. Everything is clean, modern and smooth, and I stayed here for three months working with factories in the Bao'an area. The best part about this hotel and the reason I ended up living there for so long instead of renting an apartment was Jane and Tatiana which puts the gold in the 5 stars. I'm looking forward to returning in the future. Love from 840!

This is a new hotel. The facility and service are very good. The swimming pool is nice. The local area is not very close to tourist attractions but overall this is a good experience
