「First time staying at a Tru hotel and I can say I was not disappointed. We were welcomed at midnight coming from Ohio and given a Hilton member snack bag without having to ask. The front desk was very helpful in all regards. Breakfast was good. Only minor complaint I have is the pillows were fairly flat and not super supportive. I’m sure if we had asked for more pillows it wouldn’t have been an issue but we could manage without. Everything else was splendid.」

「It is a good, clean, safe place to stay especially on the road. It is located near plenty of restaurants, shops, etc. This last stay I had some noisy neighbors in an adjacent room. Not the hotels fault but I had to wait until they settled down before I could get to sleep.」
