One of the worst experiences I have had. Not worth $200!! The chlorine was high and there was no ventilation so my asthma acted up and my eyes were burning. When bringing this to staff attention we were told that nothing could be done. After giving it an hour we went back to see if the hot tub would be better and it was not. Very disappointing! The pool and hot tub was closed and didn’t open till after 8 am the following morning! Breakfast was nice but cold! Save yourself and find a better hotel! :)

It surprised me the new parking fee, been there before and was never charged for parking, totally unnecessary since we are guest already paying for stay 😑 😒

I truly love this Hotel..Rooms are beautiful & i was able to connect my phone to television to watch whatever i wanted..I had nice kitchen area with everything i needed as far as cups bowls plates for food & drinks..Comfortable bed!!!

Quick one night stay king size bed big and comfy, pull out couch was awful as mattress was very thin. Pool was busy and loud , hot tub way to much chemical , actually cause my kid to have an asthma attack

There were many complaints from the 3rd floor where we stayed. The people were very noisy the staff failed to keep them quiet in return we were unable to have a good nights rest. During checkout we were told we would b awarded a free nights stay but I have not received any notice of this at a result of our sleepless night

Clean, staff friendly. Breakfast was average. Paying for parking was a big minus. For two nights it was $23 because of taxes and fees. This was not downtown NY. Lots of dogs

Check in was smooth and staff was professional the facilities such as the pool was over crowded with an unattractive amount of children present lt was loud and rowdy and at one point there was an unacceptable oversized floaty that took over the pool. My partner and i left the area due to the obscene amount of people and children only to return to less chaos. We were also awakened at 3am to loud music and obnoxious talking and noise which opted me to contact the front desk staff twice at 3am and 4am. It was the worst experience i ever had during a hotel stay. Hence to why i would not book with the Hyatt House again.....

I booked 4 rooms for my family to enjoy time away from home enjoy pool and celebrate sons 3rd birthday prior to check in spoke to guest service about having pizza in lounge and cutting cake for my son they said that was absolutely fine I just have to supply my own utensils, then when I did it, they complained to me saying that it was unacceptable/not allowed and told me I had certain amount of time to finish and disperse, feel embarrassed like I never told him in the first place my group was very respectful and clean

Clean, comfortable, thin walls and parking fee
Clean, comfortable rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Modern elegant furniture. Plenty of restaurants options close by. Didn't try the pool or hot tub. Thin walls apparently, could hear other guests around and woke up with the lamp trembling from the upstairs guests walking, running, not sure was happening. For some unknown reason there's a $10/day parking fee, this is a suburban area, not cool.

Great place and very convenient to everything! Only issue i had was with the pool, there was so many kids without adult supervision and very loud!
