Made a reservation for a king bed with an ocean view and a jetted tub. Arrived to a Room on the ground, with no ocean view and no tub. It was unacceptable!
Called the property manager and had to complain in order to get a room closer to what I reserved. It still didn’t have a jetted tub, I was told that’s all they had.
They also sent me the door opening codes to two other guests rooms along with their room numbers.
Room issues: leaky fridge, electric sounds/humming throughout the night, uncomfortable Bed, no jetted tub.
Extremely slow wi-fi, streaming/devices were interrupted throughout stay.
Management didn’t respond about making things right. Just charged me and didn’t respond to my feedback.
