We are a family of four including a 10 month old baby and 3 year old. We booked a two nights stay at this hotel and paid in full well before getting there. 「The property charged like 5 stars, but our glamp from inside was in poor condition, curtains rails were ripped, the sofa chair was broken so when i sat on it i fell down. The quality of bedding was poor quality, overall i did not like the property condition compared to what they charged me. The staff however was very courteous. 」
