座建築物本身比較殘舊，但屋內廚房及浴室設備齊全新淨，所需用品都有提供，入住四晚整體感覺舒適方便。

Property is very difficult to find. Google maps had the address at police station. Also dodgy looking entrance from street once you find the place which is beside a hair salon and a boarded up, graffiti covered property. The place, once in is clean but very basic. If you like extra, extra firm mattresses, you’re in luck. Kids didn’t mind. I did. Also if you have any mobility issues, the place is not for you as it has 2 flights to get to it and the bedrooms are on 2nd and third floor in the apartment up steep, narrow stairs. Amanda, the property manager is very nice though and was helpful responding quick to a question on location and got us a 70% off parking coupon in a nice safe park lot (none on site). So that was good. The location is adjacent to student dorms so some partying might be heard. But not a quick walk to anything awesome. We were just passing through so didn’t care much. And in which, this worked ok for us.

Thought the communal areas were a bit tired. The apartment itself was ok. The beds were really comfortable and the apartment was clean. Only stayed one evening and it was excellent value for money.

It is in need of some TLC that said it was clean and tidy, lack of utensils in the kitchen limits what you may want to do. It is nice and quiet, good easy access to the city center, discount on parking makes a big difference.

Stayed here for a little weekend break. The location is very good for heading out to Kelham Island or up into town (Fargate, High street etc). It was a fairly basic little studio with a fully kitted out kitchen and separate bedroom. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and despite the location with windows looking onto a road it was very quiet - must have gone for the triple glazing! It’s not a luxury apartment by any means but it wasn’t very pricey so definitely good value. The owners were super quick to respond to messages - literally came back to me within minutes and were very helpful. Nice little spot for exploring the city, and felt very safe with the police station very nearby. Also has recycling facilities which is nice.

First time staying and going to Sheffield, after staying here I now will not be staying anywhere else! It was absolutely brilliant, perfect for group of friends, honestly couldn’t of asked for a better place and cheap enough as right in the city centre! Thank you for an amazing place! We will definitely be back!
