「We are in the hotel for many years every Xmas. It always welcoming on a good level. Despite some typical Egyptian quirks, the area still boasts charm and natural beauty. Don't forget the windless bay of Ras Um El Sid (Fanar) which is vital in winter. Big sandy beach is also rare in the area.」

「Esperienza generalmente molto positiva, considerando il rapporto prezzo-qualità, pranzo/cena buffet buono e variegato, spiaggia e barriera corallina il punto forte, camera top, personale molto gentile, in particolare abbiamo apprezzato Monir (pulizie) e Islam Khalil alla reception che addirittura ci ha consentito di fare il late check-out gratuito ed era sempre molto gentile e disponibile. Piccola nota dolente è sicuramente il sedicente ristorante italiano (Verdi)…da migliorare. 」
