"Welcomed into the hotel and arranged parking for us (particularly busy car park on arrival). Assistance offered with luggage and ran through hotel facilities etc. Cathy was particular good with our two year old. We booked dinner, menu catered for all of us and the simple pricing was appreciated. We used the inside pool, kids area and games room.
