「Our experience at this hotel was excellent. The lady assisting us to check in was very nice. She showed us around the hotel facilities and gave my kids swimming toys. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel had three swimming pool, one indoor and two outdoor. My kids really enjoyed the pool. In addition, the included breakfast was delicious. This hotel definitely deserves that we come back.」

Lovely surroundings great staff, very clean, lovely swimming pool, the only downfall was the beds beside the pool were very hard, and we just couldn't sit on them for long, the beds in the grass area were comfortable. 「Our stay at The Havelock was extremely pleasant. The hotel was very clean and well presented. Paul and Vicky were excellent hosts and were always on hand for a friendly chat. The breakfast was very good and all the serving staff were so friendly and efficient. The location of the hotel is great - with old Shanklin village, Shanklin Chine and the beach all nearby. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Havelock and will hopefully return one day. Thoroughly recommend! 」
