「I stayed for 6 nights and absolutely loved it. The location was convenient with a mall next door with the metro underground and walking distance to the Bund. Service was friendly and attentive and hotel facilities were fantastic with a 24/7 gym, indoor and outdoor pool, spa with massaging showers, and a onsen style spa with cold plunge and sauna free for guests to use. Couldn't fault this stay and will definitely be back when travelling to Shanghai in the future.」
