Room was very spacious and the air felt clean. The housekeeping staff Emily went above and beyond noticing we had a baby without us mentioning and giving us extra things for the baby. The entire staff from front desk to dining to housekeeping were excellent. Highly recommend!

Very conviniently ocated at center of Shanghai Jing'an with Jing'an Temple just across the street and Kerry Centre within walking distance. Extremely friendly and nice staff that you don't see even at the 5-star hotels.

Stay at Paramount as your last stop.

Shanghai is our first stop touring Zhejiang. Manager Albert and his team really made our stay a wonderful experience. Other hotels for the rest of our tour is pale in comparison. Keep up the good work!

Location is very good, 5 mins to under ground subway station. The hotel room is big and clean. Two managers Mr. Chen & Mr. Wang are very helpful. All staff members are very nice.

Personnel from all departments -- from doormen to reception to concierge to room service to restaurant staffers -- all showed professionalism and great care to hotel guests. The level of service tops any 5-star international hotel chains. The breakfast buffet is a delight. Though not the biggest spread, the quality of food is unparalleled. I love the pastries, they are all made in house. Special thanks to the head chef and Yoyo Meng at the restaurant. The paramount Gallery Hotel is going to be my hotel of choice in any future Shanghai trip.

I can’t complain. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negative, which is also a positive is that the location is outstanding but traffic is horrendous.
