Pathetic rooms and lobby stinks. Never book this hotel

Some of the rooms, including mine, are located 8 steps lower than the level with elevator stop. This requires having to drag suitcases up/down the stairs. Despite placing the "Do Not Disturb" sign, the room was entered to and the window was partially left open. Upon returning to my room that was very cold, I could not turn on the heat. I was told that the hotel's heat was not turned on! The phone and the shelf on which the water bottles were placed were very dusty. There was no refrigerator in the room. There was no safe in the room or with the reception.
