"The TV in the room could not control the volume, and it was impossible to turn it up, making it very difficult to hear. The bathroom shower door would not close properly. The carpet in the room had a damp smell, which made the entire room feel musty. On the positive side, the hotel staff were friendly and polite. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, with rich and delicious dishes. The hotel is conveniently located near TaiMall Shopping Center, making daily needs very accessible, and it is also close to the highway, providing easy transportation."

"Very clean and quiet room but the bed was very firm. If you want water, you must go down the hall to the water dispenser. The bathroom was also very clean but did not have conditioner. The breakfast was ok. I would not consider this a 5-star hotel as it was rated but the hotel was adequate since we wanted to stay fairly close to the airport."
