「2-3 star quality at most. Room has centipede and dead insect, many staff have limited English understanding which makes communication somewhat challenging.」

「This is a new building and reception is still under construction as of July 2025. So, they just have one small table with couple of guys as staff. Property looks good from outside as well as neat rooms. However, one of the 2 rooms we booked was leaking from wall due to rain and there was some water on the floor. 「I couldn’t check in because my trip was suddenly canceled, and I haven’t received even a partial refund. Stay away !」

「We couldn't stay at the property as it doesn't have a lift and we had to climb up 7 floors and when we checked in there were coakroachs and bedbugs on the bed. We couldn't be there for a single minute and we left. Please refund the amount back.」

「Amazingly located, once the check in was done. Unfortunately the check in was not very smooth. When I arrived late at night, with the people at reception could not find my reservation as they had not checked the notification from Expedia, while one of them struggled the other one continued with playing games on their cell phone. Once the check in was done, the stay was really smooth. 」
