My room at the top floor, airconditioning is very poor, after complaining provided additional fans ,no clean up the room for one day, but the housekeeping said they forgot to clean, The billing system is poor, room guest for Breadfast or dinner usually will claim at the room bill, but they charge to my deposit credit card immediately, but the final bill found double charging. Very disappointed the experience on this Hotel, only the swimming pool is a good value on my stay, but the rest of thing is poor management

I wouldn’t stay here again. They shouldn’t open until construction is complete. I could hear them working in my room. That wasn’t a deal breaker for me. Room had a smell to it. Carpet was dirty. The AC was so loud I couldn’t sleep. The room is very small. There are a lot of tv watching options.

"Beyond 5star! It is seldom in international travel that an entire hotel and staff can exceed all expectations. Mamoun Exec Manager and Thaer and staff from kitchen to room cleaning were beyond. I became ill with Flu and the over-the-top welcome attentive spirit had us extend 5 extra 5 Star days. ..."
