Kettle was provided when asked for it with plastic glasses ( in place of cups) and no coffee sachets. Engaged with Receptionist on duty and final position was : hotel does not provide coffee sachets and I will have to order coffee from restaurant. Bathroom shower is not easy to use. "Design and facility is good. New hotel with large rooms. Just spa was unavoidable and breakfast can be inproved. Good and nice staf is another reason to visit the hotel"
