「There are a lot of plus points of staying at this hotel. First, the location. The property is located in front of the Lakdi-ka-pul metro station. All the outstation buses as well as the bus to Ramoji Film City is at the hotel’s doorstep. Second, good food. Our package included morning breakfast and they have a variety of options to choose from. We stayed there for 5 days and were never bored of the food. Third, cleanliness. 「This is a newer hotel not fully opened yet. The staff though was amazing for all my needs. It was easy to take a car to go to all places. It was not far from the Charminar. The food wwws delicious and plenty. If I were to visit Hyderabad again, I’d come back! 」

Despite repeated requests, basic amenities such as water, cutlery, and other fundamental essentials were missing Such negligence shows a clear lack of responsibile and proper service standards. Overall, the experience fell far below what any customer should reasonably expect.」
