"The room was dusty with someone’s hair everywhere. The bathroom grime and moldy, since the tiles were dark you couldn’t see it right away except when you use the facilities, the shower etc. the ac was not working properly, we did call reception and one hour after we settled in they offered to change room at that point we were so tired that we slept through. We spoke to facility and they graciously tried to compensate by giving us a voucher for one of two paid breakfast. The reason why I am writing this review is because at breakfast we found a hair on our table, too much coincidence the property is not well kept and cleaning is important. Please make the guess feel good and have everything spotless."

"Great location in central Seville but noisy despite the double glazing. Room comfortable and clean although the double bed was a little bit small."

"We enjoyed our stay and had a room on the top floor with a terrace. We loved the rooftop area & bar. We did use the pool one day, and that was lovely. The reason it did not get five stars is that the elevator was out a few times and my companion cannot walk that many stairs to the top floor. Also, they do not have any gluten-free options for breakfast, so we had to go elsewhere. Other than that, it’s a nice hotel near lots of restaurants & shopping. "

"Great location, restaurant and bar across from the property. We moved rooms because of the late night noise. The air conditioning works and the windows opened. The room and bathroom are very small but typical of older buildings. "

"Excellent rooftop pool with nice decked area and great city views. Spacious room with very comfy bed and well appointed bathroom. Slight road noise (we were on 4th floor). Housekeeping average - coffee/milk not always replenished, towels missed, toiletries not topped up - minor but only slight negative. Reception staff very helpful and courteous. Nice modern hotel with many positive attributes, I would definitely recommend."
