This girl was in a fabulous location and it has a lovely feel about it. The morning receptionist went above and beyond to make our stay easy and enjoyable. Unfortunately the afternoon and roof top bar staff not so much... The bar ran out of wine after half a bottle and made no effort to find more. The rooms are very small but we didn't mind that as we were usually out exploring. Lots of cafes/bars nearby.

Excellent, Beautiful Hotel in great location in the heart of the old town Seville overlooking the Metropole parasol. Breakfast good value for money, helpful professional and friendly staff. The room was lovely full of character and elegance, we can’t fault this hotel, we would definitely stay again when next in Seville.

The room was nice and clean and tidy and nicely decorated. The staff were nice but didn't go out of their way to help on a couple of occasions. However, we were disappointed that the amenities advertised on expedia were not available (coffee/ tea and water in room plus minibar), it looks like these may have been removed recently by the hotel as there was still a minibar type note on fridge with prices for water etc but we were assured by reception staff that no rooms do not have these amenities. This is not at usual for a 4* hotel. We felt like a drink on return to the hotel on a Tuesday night at 9.30pm but were informed that the bar was closed. Again we would expect a 4* to have a bar open at reasonable hours for drinks or coffee etc. One last thing, the online pictures of the superior room show bedside cabinets and hence we expected plenty of drawer space. However, the drawers were glued shut on both cabinets, so we were limited to the shelves/floor of the wardrobe for clothing that could not be hung up. None of these things are really bad when taken individually, but combined made our experience of the hotel disappointing and not 4*.

Can't complain about the hotel at a fantastic location.was therewhen feria on. So had to wait at train station 45 minutes. But walked back to station. Only 20 min easy. So it's very accessible. Staff very friendly.breakfast pretty good All is cooked for 8 so.if you come at 10. Just ask the young charming girl and she will cook fresh fried eggs or scrambled and will.puy the beans in the microwave.domt be afraid to ask Rooms are clean and fresh. Besides that 10/10

Room in a good location, breakfast was fine however cannot be more than 3 stars as there was a horrid smell in the room, at first we thought it was disinfectant as the toilet was taped with a disinfectant sticker however the smell didn’t go away and so we had to buy an air freshener to plug in, presume it was something wrong with the drainage pipes
