Awkward check in as had to be in contact with property for arrival time - don’t know how this would work if you didn’t have a phone Arrived at stated time but host was 5 mins later. Had to pay €25 euro late arrival fee which we knew about (after booking). Located in a small street in Santa Cruz - little plaza at the end noisy until late but that’s a Spanish city Apartment was fine, and could let air and light in. First floor with some noise from appt above

For the money you spend you don’t get the service you deserve. Stayed here for 2 nights and was not allowed an early check in after an early flight and requesting this months in advance (even with the fee). The reception did not communicate if the room was available for early check in and only after calling multiple times we were told last minute that we could check in 20 mins before check in and still paid the full check in fee (since I am

Really cool location, comfortable space. The check-in process took a bit more communication because you have to let them know what time you'll arrive for someone to come let you in. But, overall no complaints.

The apartment was a decent size, basic and clean. It is very central to the Alcazar and plaza. So you will be in the heart of the town. The booking process was easy . However we didn't receive an email with the contact numbers for front desk on arrival. It was easy enough to find on the back of the property door. Most people travel with a phone and WhatsApp.

Staff is kind but I wanted to talk with the manager and I wasn’t able to. The location is perfect and it works if you want to walk and see the most touristic places. They cancelled the breakfast because of an external issue which I understand but they need to solve this quickly or share alternatives to their clients.
