「The staff were excellent, really helpful and even allowed us to check in early. The apartment was light and relatively spacious, apart from the kitchen and bathroom facilities being somewhat squashed together. Pretty clean, apart from some finger marks on cupboards. Television had a good range of streaming platforms. Downsides for us might be ups for others. The bed was very hard and pillows initially supplied very flat. The hosts quickly provided more for us. 「Generally everything is “OK”. Check in was very impersonal and no explanation of where anything was or where the facilities where. Pool area is nice but no staff there and the bar is unmanned. Waited for 29 mins for “service” at the pool but gave up.. Room was nice but the “balcony” was fully enclosed so didn’t feel like a balcony and had no view… Mini bar only has 2 bottles of still water.. very clean and tidy but would probably say it’s a 3* plus hotel.. great if you are in Seville on...
