「Room 102 is very bad room between public restrooms and electrical room . And under outside window has an air conditioner machine whole nights running ! Terrible noisy ! A fat and lazy white lady at the front desk told me impatiently that there were no rooms to change, even though many people came to check in very late at night! This level of service really affects the image of the hotel!never will come back ! 」

「The info on Expedia is incorrect and list a hot tub and full kitchen this is a studio size shipping container with a microwave and portable cook top no ice no ice cube trays, microwave but with metal camping bowls and cups yikes! I don’t think the listing for Eagle point clearly delineates what’s available in this particular unit , The management was responsive and addressed our heating issue but I think this listing needs more info as opposed to the other homes on property which I’ve stayed at...

「The hotel is older but clean and well kept. The TV was a large flat panel with the ability to connect Netflix or other services, but also had free on demand movies. The mini fridge was large. The air conditioning unit was fast at heating or cooling the room. The beds were clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Though it is right off of I-70, you could not hear freeway noise from the room. 」
