"Extremely bad experiences, the staff at the counter is rude, i was arrived at the hotel a bit early, they informed me that the room is not available not and the official checking in is from 15:00 pm, ok, i wait in the lobby, But after one hour, i found a long queque at the counter, some people just arrived starting to checking in,but no body inform me, so i go to the counter requesting for a checking in, and was told my room is not ready😠, and insist that checking in starts from 15:00!!!!the man is not orofessional and very rude to me, ibrequest to meet his manager, but no one come. Finally, after long time waiting, after the long queque finish, they have my room ready!!! Very old rooms, even seeing mang masquitos flying...dirty rooms. Never come to this hotel again."
