Recently refurbished with very clean rooms, great mattress and new pillows. Fridge in room but no tea/coffee making facilities. Only 2 pillows for a king-size bed. WiFi not working 4 days out of 5... hotel had to keep resetting it which they did, when asked, but didn't monitor it so had to keep requesting ...

Attention aux ascenseurs trop souvent en panne. Les couloirs des étages sont en fort mauvais état et les travaux de rénovation n’en finissent pas depuis des années ! L’hôtel mérite un petit coup de jeune. Il faudrait qu’il retrouve l’état qu’il avait du temps Holiday Inn………..!!! Je suis une fidèle ...

This is an experience unlike any other. You’re staying in an actual castle. It is well off the beaten path and dinner options are slim, but La Retta Winery was outstanding!
