This hotel was lovely! The location was nice, the staff was accommodating, the rooms clean, and the city beautiful. Air conditioned and cool-y decorated rooms were a huge plus! Big TV too!

Great location

Great apartment right in the centre of Cap Ferrari. Really well refurbished recently and comfortable beds and good facilities. Attention to detail has been implemented.

Sete was a charming town and the property was in a wonderful location overlooking the canal that passes through the town. There was a local boat competition going on, and a perfect view from our balcony. We were missing the appropriate number of towels and sheets, we reached out to our contact and she brought over the necessary items in a timely fashion. Would love to come back.

Great location, communication could be better

The location is great for the town centre - station is walkable and parking nearby and easy instructions to get in. Our apartment was the Los Angeles which is long and thin with a small balcony (standing room only) at the canal side and a nice covered seating area at the back. Very quiet except that the bedroom is at the back by the staff area for the suites and we had to ask them to keep the noise down one morning at 6.30am (loud discussion going on). The property description states daily housekeeping which is incorrect. We were asked on our last day (of 5) whether we needed anything. Initially, we got good responses to questions (where we could keep rental bikes if needed etc) and then nothing. Couldn't get any response via the app. Incorrectly charged for 2 breakfasts - apologetic and finally credited, but took a while. Definitely eat at The Marcel in the Halles de Sete - absolutely delicious lunch!

We had the Gilles Favier room overlooking the canal with a balcony. I can’t fault anything about our week stay here - it was wonderful. The service was excellent, the room has everything we could wish for and beautifully furnished and decorated. Definitely coming back!

Great apartment in Sète right on the Quay!

First of all, you cannot beat the location of this property. Right on the main Quay in town with all the shops and restaurants you might need. Check in was a breeze and Laura was friendly and helpful to get us into our room quickly and pain free. The room we had included a large living room with smart tv and kitchenette, a comfy sofa and a small balcony. The bedroom is separated by a door and windows and you can put blinds down on these to make the room completely dark even when it’s bright outside - loved this! The shower has great pressure although you couldn’t put it on the wall so you had to hold the shower head. Bed was very comfy although the pillows were not that firm…both rooms have aircon. Sandy was the lady who looked after our room all week and she was super responsive and very helpful. She cleaned our room daily whenever it suited us and she was a really great asset to the property! Well done to you Sandy and thank you. We would definitely stay again if we revisit Sète. We did not take the breakfast as it was much too expensive when you have cafés and boulangeries all around within minutes walk.

Emplacement idéal à Sète.

Un emplacement idéal en cœur de ville avec une vue sur le canal et sur le mont saint clair ville font de cet hébergement un pied à terre idéal pour visiter Sète. La suite Stéphane Couturier que nous avons occupée était très bien équipée. Il faut quand même savoir que les étages sont très hauts et nous étions au deuxième. Sans ascenseur il est important d'évaluer le poids des bagages à emporter. Nous avons également eu un petit souci avec une odeur d'égout qui remontait par les siphons de la salle de bain la nuit. Nous avons signalé ce désagrément et on peut pense qu'il a été réglé rapidement. Enfin j'ajouterais que nous avons profité du repas de Saint valentin au restaurant étoilé "The Marcel" et ce fut réellement un régal pour les papilles.

Bel établissement très bien situé, très bonne communication avec Laura. Un peu « plus modeste » que ce que les photos de l’établissement laissaient penser, équipement de la cuisine un peu limité (il manque un tire bouchon par exemple) mais rapport qualité prix qui reste très bon.

Excellent séjour aux suites de Marcel. L’emplacement est idéal. La chambre très propre. La déco est soignée. Il donne sur les quais du canal et les nuits ne sont pas spécialement bruyantes. Très bonne adresse.

Échappée belle.

Le lieu était charmant, dommage pour la terrasse qui paraissait à l'abandon… en ce qui concerne la propreté coton-tige abandonné sous la vasque, rideau de douche douteux, la vaisselle à relaver. Il serait bon d'envisager un grille-pain et un four à micro-ondes. Manque des couverts important et revoir l'assortiment. La literie est parfaite, ainsi que l'emplacement du site dans la ville .

Super adresse, emplacement au top avec le parking (payant) juste en dessous. On descend et direct on peut boire un verre ! Équipement parfait avec machine Nespresso, kitchenette et mini balcon pour apéro au soleil le soir.

Cet appart est idéalement situé. Au cœur de Sète. Confortable, propre et agréable. L'appart dispose d'une terrasse sans vis-à-vis. Et le petit déjeuner simplement parfait.
