There was something of interest with an antique shop in the yard too ..not for someone looking for a modern hotel though walking distance to a nice village pub with good food ..highly recommend this place 」

「The Hosts Jude & Karl make you very welcome . I was travelling alone and booked a single room which was compact but just right for me on this trip . Tea & Coffee facilities are provided as well as shower gel , soap and shampoo . You can also park at the property . Breakfast is cooked to order and delicious. The property also has a beautiful little garden at the back which I enjoyed sitting in . Within walking distance to the Town through a lovely park where you will find a number of pubs,bars...

「The only issue is parking. The Kings Lynn parking machine requires you to feed coins for limited hours. I had to download their unique pay app to avoid feeding the meter every few hours day and night.」

「The room was small but quit nice which overlooks the car park and back garden the room furniture was old but good quality the bathroom had recently been refreshed and was clean We felt the breakfast which was expensive and should have been included in the room price the dining area was tired and in need of re furbishment Great location a short walk across the a lovely well lit park took you to the city centre, rail and bus station, river, shopping area and museums A really nice place to...

「This is a clean, quiet and comfortable place to stay. The free parking is a 5 minute walk and town a 10 minute walk. 」

「Very comfortable and clean, super friendly, helpful staff. A little deceiving from the advert that the shower was inside the pod. Walk across to the shower block wasn’t what we expected. Kettle provided but no cups to drink from. 」

「As far as the stay I honestly couldn’t fault it my bed was super comfy I stayed in the queen suite with shared bathroom it was spotless and warm too Helen had the radiators on and an electric blanket in the bed which was much welcomed as I stayed mid- January. If you do stay in this room just switch the blanket on and wait an hour you might not be able to feel it to the touch but once you get into bed you’ll feel it. There was plenty of tea & coffee plus nice little touches like water chocolate...
