「The team was Amazing. The manager Denis was so helpful, Kind and did everything over and above to make up for the mistakes made by Expedia in advance. We arrived in Entebbe around 11pm. Myself, my wife and my 1 year old son passed 3 hours circulating into the city trying to find the Hotel. In the booking confirmation message I received from Expedia stated “Plot 4 Kamuli Road, Entebbe, Ouganda” as the location/address of the hotel. After spending hours and $46 USD. 「Great staff, very helpful and friendly. I would recommend it to others based solely on the engagement of the staff. Facility is outdated but very well kept and clean. They need to include full toiletries in the restrooms i.e. lotions, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryers. The garden is immaculate, the breakfast was one of the best I have ever had, totally worth it. Steam room and sauna were also very well kept. Would visit again.」

「All the rooms and facilitaties are very good and the staff are very good. We had an incident with the receptionist but everyone came in and and it was all sorted very well. So I give everything 9/10」
