"今回は祖父母含む家族８人で宿泊させてもらいました。 一軒家プール付きで、子供達は周りを気にする事なく景色の良いプールを満喫できました。 また、近くにイオンビッグがあり小さい子連れでも買い物にも困らず過ごす事ができました。 空港からは少し距離がありますが、静かでのんびり過ごすには良かったです。 残念な点は、１日目シャワーの水圧が弱すぎて洗髪もままならず全員入浴に苦労しました。翌日に管理の方に話をするとすぐに対応していただき水圧は十分なほどになりましたが、できれば宿泊前に点検してもらえていれば大変な思いをすることなく快適に過ごせたのかなと思います。 また機会があれば宿泊させてもらいたいと思います。お世話になりました。"

Everything was extremely clean and the host really went out of their way to provide supplies (e.g. spa kits, tons of towels, bug spray). "Absolutely stunning property. This was an oasis in Okinawa. From the moment you arrived, Halekulani delivered. Impeccable service, welcome drink, top notch food, nightly turn down service, room amenities, and items in the room you can use during the trip and keep (flip flops, beach bag). The bed is so comfortable and we had fantastic sleep. The shower head was rain style and had great pressure. The rooms had incredible sound proofing and beautiful views from the balconies. The pools were peaceful and the staff was very helpful in securing chairs for you. The swim up pool bar had fantastic drinks and the staff were super friendly. Really beautiful view everywhere around the resort. We hope we can return!"
