"Kristian, the host, greeted me warmly as I was walking up the alley. He quickly grabbed my bag (which was very heavy) and proceeded to walk me to my room. He then led me upstairs to their rooftop patio and pulled out a paper tourist map and showed me all the sights and transportation options. "I know it’s off season, but the roof top patio was closed and there was never anyone working the bar. Also, the spa was nice was I slipped down the stairs in the pool because they were so slick. Maybe install some mosaic tiles so it’s not so slippery. The edges of the tile steps were very sharp, also. That’s very dangerous. Also, maybe put some foam mats around outside the showers and spa rooms so water doesn’t get everywhere."
