"Great place for the $$$> This is a very expensive area of Italy and we were gratetful for these rooms. The staff was amazing - like really nice and friendly and very helpful. I had made some mistakes on the booking and the staff member, Mobed or something - really went out of his way to take care of my family and get us all set up. The morning breakfast was fantastic. The service again was really good and the food was amazing. Coffee, meats, pastries, breads and juice. The hotel is a little older but clean and well taken care of."

"We were shoved to some room in the corner, extremely small, no kettle or coffee station, blinds on and locked so completely dark, next to a busy road so noisy, room felt small, dingy and uninviting. Receptionist did not provide any help, no free wifi. After few hours we left and checked in at another hotel. Don't book it here! Worst hotel of our 2026 Olympics trip, definately not worth it. Pictures makes it look much nicer. Room 213 is a dump."

Plenty of space to eat, sleep, etc. however quite a closed unit with small windows, not letting a lot of light in. They had left a bottle of wine, and some breakfast food, etc., which was nice. Washing machine powder, dishwasher tablets, all included. "
