"Hotel itself was great. Room was clean. Location cant be beat. Staff were very friendly. The only reason i rated it less than perfect had NOTHING to do with the hotel. "The hotel is in a building that is historic and several hundred years old. It is also the only hotel right on the square where pilgrims arrive and next to the cathedral. It is the best place to stay and enjoy the best part of Santiago. Breakfast was great, our stay there was a truly magical experience."

The taxi service they call is fast and they let us keep our bags in storage for our last day even though we checked out at 12pm our train to madrid wasn’t until 8pm so we were able to walk around without bringing the luggage everywhere"
