「Staff are friendly and the two male staff are extremely helpful. They were informative and told us where to visit and suggested us some good resturants. There was some problem with my coffee machine in my room and the staff was proactive to solve the problem .」

「Excellent location at Baixa, convenient to walk to main attractions or take the metro or railway to suburbs in Lisbon. It is centrally located with a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is a great surprise, with lots of options and freshly made eggs / omelets and coffees/teas of your choice. The front is also rather helpful. We totally enjoyed our 6 nights of stays and would no doubt book the hotel again if we visit Lisbon again.」

「The room, bathroom and the hotel as a whole are extremely clean. Location is excellent as it's one of the main streets of the city. The pastel de nata which they offer is a huge bonus- this is a must try if it's your first time visiting Portugal. During my stay in Lisbon, I was sadly pickpocketed, leaving me without a phone. 「Clean room. Good sized bathroom. Great VIP services. Great location. Can get noisy with the tram and crowd at night. Closing the windows will block out the crowds, but you’ll still hear the tram. Very friendly front desk and staff. 」
