「Our check in was horrible. We booked the executive room a month before but when we got to the place we were told that the executive rooms are fully booked we will have to settle for standard room. Firstly, we booked executive room because of a reason, now we had to settle for a small bed horrible shower and not to mention that the standard room was not that clean.
