"Place was amazing! We arrived late in the evening and were upgraded to a high level which my son loved. Buffet breakfast was great had alot of variety and service was great, we had one waiter that helped us daily and got us our morning hot chocolate, He was amazing! Overall great location, close to Bukit Bingtang and great hotel will definitely stay here on our next trip to KL. Thank you"

"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The location was a bit farther out than I expected, and getting to most places required a longer walk or ride. During my stay, the service was inconsistent. I did notice that the female staff members seemed more polite and helpful, which I appreciated. However, overall I didn’t always feel well assisted. For example, no one explained how to use the key card in the elevator to access the floors, and I ended up helping several other guests figure it out. There was also no explanation that you need to insert the key card in the room to activate the electricity. While I’m familiar with this from living abroad, it may be confusing for travelers who are not used to it. The room itself had an older feel and I did notice ants during my stay, which was disappointing. As a solo traveler, feeling welcomed and informed is important, and that wasn’t always the case for me here. The hotel has potential, but improving communication, cleanliness, and consistency in customer service would make a big difference. Overall, it was an okay stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement."

"Wonderful stay as usual. Spa is still the highlight of my stay. All staff very attentive and respectful. May need to tweak the rooms a bit as I found some loose wall sockets in my room. Toilet seat a bit dislodged. Need to maintain the quality if you are charging more than the surrounding hotels. Overall good stay though."

"This hotel fully deserves every star. The room might not be huge, but it's perfectly arranged. I love that you can choose between "normal" and "ambient" lighting in both bathroom and main room. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast buffet has some extras too: mini bagels, cream cheese and smoked salmon or freshly pressed customized juices."

"Great location and value for money. Staff was super friendly and professional. I’ve stayed here multiple times now. The room we stayed in was nice size at 60+ square and the extra space came in handy with two children. We also requested a bassinet which they brought up immediately. Breakfast was decent with a combination of Asian and western cuisine. The room could have been cleaned a little more thorough but aside from that we had no issues. I would stay here again for sure."

"Terrible service and staff ….. we turned up all roads blocked to hotel had walk up a hill with suitcases then was put in a different room that was booked. But worst of all there was a festival outside hotel which went on until 1am the room room hooked we could not sleep or use the room anytime as was just too loud. The hotel apologised but did not offer any refunds and blamed hotels.com for not letting us know about the road closures and Malaysia biggest festival taking place. "
