Great staff, particularly Nofi and Romi (spelling?) at the front desk. Wonderful room, restaurant and area. Worth getting a private pool room. Tour was great with Nofi and the offering with Romi.
Thanks to all the staff. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here 5 nights with a 2 year old. I was nervous booking such a beautiful hotel with a toddler.
There were a lot of children also staying here and there was an amazing kids club.
The service was 10/10. Always was asked if anything else they can do for us or the room.
This was such an amazing hotel and was sad to leave.
We used the push bikes one afternoon and that was great.
The only downside was that it was a little bit away from the main road where all the shopping and restraunt are. We also had a pram so lots of walking. Beach front has some amazing food stops. 20 min walk to shops ect
I would be back! But for an even more better beautiful room!

My husband and I spent our honeymoon here this past week. We loved the staff. Breakfast was also amazing, and Bayu was the coolest staff member we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting!! We definitely felt at home in our villa and want to hopefully return sometime soon :)) 100% recommend.

"This place is VERY remote. Not exactly a problem being remote, except for when you book transportation through the venue itself you expect your 3 hour drive to be well vetted. No apologies for lost and late drivers throughout the stay. Further, the communication with staff at the hotel was very inadequate, ..."
